The APS Academy is seeking agency expressions of interest in whole-of-APS Graduate development opportunities for your 2024 intakes. These develop the foundational skills, behaviours, mindsets and networks your Graduates need to make a significant contribution in the APS.
There are a range of options, from full participation in the APS Graduate Development Program through to events or coaching only. These cater for all agencies, from those looking for options to fully meet their Graduate development needs, to those wanting to supplement their existing development programs.
Whether you’re a returning agency or considering participating for the first time, please email the Academy’s Graduate Development team by 3 November 2023 at apscgdp@apsc.gov.au with your preferred participation option and anticipated numbers.
- APS Graduate Development Program. Commencing in February 2024, the 10-month program includes 10 learning courses, access to the full suite of whole of APS Graduate events and individual coaching sessions.
- Whole of APS Graduate Event Series. Commencing in March 2024, the series brings Graduates together for interactive and informative workshops. Agencies can select virtual or in person participation, or both.
- Coaching. Usually reserved for senior executives, coaching packages are a unique and valuable option for providing extra support throughout the Graduate year.
