Membership is open to all agencies that meet the definition of a public sector entity as outlined in the Forum’s 2025 Constitution.
Membership is renewable annually in June/July, with renewal advice emailed to agencies approximately one month before expiry.
Annual subscription rates are calculated by the number of ACT-based staff within each agency.
Subscription rates for the 2026/27 financial year are:

Membership is calculated on a pro-rata basis when joining mid-year.
Payment can be made by credit card or electronic funds transfer.
