Australian Competition and Consumer Commission are looking for a service provider who can provide training on handling confidential information (esp. in a regulatory setting).
The training we are seeking is at a general level and should provide attendees with an understanding of what confidential information is, how to identify and deal with it, and what to look out for to avoid inadvertent disclosure.
In terms of format, we’re looking for a provider who can provide face-to-face or virtual training sessions and potentially create an online course that staff can complete at regular intervals as a refresher. We’re also seeking the option to develop area or function specific modules.
