Our agency is conducting a review of its recruitment process and is looking to the possibility of integrating psychometric testing into our assessment of candidates. I was wondering if anyone is currently doing this or has any experiences/views that they think might be helpful in considering this approach?

AOFM routinely uses psychometric assessment in our recruitment.
We have linked our assessments to the job requirements and found it very useful.
