Governance HR policies/procedures/frameworks

The Australian Communications and Media Authority is reviewing the governance/setup/consultation process for our HR policies/procedures/frameworks.

We would like to hear from any agency that may have documentation around the governance/setup/consultation process of their HR policies/procedures/frameworks.

Additionally we would like copies of a couple of policies to see how they are set up i.e look and feel, version control and amount of detail included in policy.
