The Senior HR Advisor will work across a small team to support and build organisational culture and workforce capabilities to support the broader objectives of the DTA. This position supports the Performance, Development and Inclusion section and will work across the following areas:
- Case Management
- Work Health and Safety
- Learning and Development
- Rewards and Recognition
The Senior HR Advisor is accountable for providing advice and case management support relating to rehabilitation, performance and conduct matters. The role is also responsible for supporting projects or programs aimed at building employee capability through implementing learning and development initiatives including supporting the DTA’s Rewards and Recognition program. The Senior HR Advisor also provides support to ensure that the DTA meets its WHS obligations.
