Manager, Organisational change

As the Manager of the Organisational Change Unit, you will work with autonomy and independence and will be accountable to establish and deliver a comprehensive change management function to support the ACMA and eSafety. You will require extensive knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making, and the ability to quickly get across the ACMA mission and policy requirements.

We are seeking an organisational change, program manager and communications specialist capable of leading and embedding change at an enterprise level across a range of different initiatives within our Corporate and Research Division.

We are looking for confident leaders with a background in delivering large scale change activities at an enterprise level. We have a comprehensive change program to deliver over the next 12 months and need the right person to take control of the many moving parts and support the ACMA moving forward, including all communications and program management.
