The Manager, Learning and Development is a key member of the Organisational Development Section within the People and Business Solutions Branch. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop and implement contemporary learning and development activities/initiatives to improve the capabilities and performance of AUSTRAC’s workforce in supporting the achievement of the Strategic Workforce Plan, People Strategy, Corporate Plan and other relevant plans.
