EL2 Manager HR Strategy – ACMA (12-15 month opportunity)

As the Manager of People Strategy section, you will work with considerable independence to develop and drive the ACMA’s people strategy. You will require extensive knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making, and the ACMA’s mission and policy requirements.

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of strategic people management initiatives with a focus on building present and future workforce capability. You will provide strategic advice to senior management and stakeholders and will lead and assume accountability for complex work or programs that have strategic, political and/or operational significance.

In this position you will deliver quality outcomes in a high intensity environment as well as success in leading teams, guiding, and coaching others. Flexibility to work across teams to achieve strategic outcomes and take on existing and new strategies is required.

As the Manager of the section you will be required to work within a complex and fast-paced environment. You will have proven experience in building, fostering and maintaining a high performing and collaborative team and be able to demonstrate highly effective stakeholder relationships using your demonstrated leadership capability.
