business services officer

This position is part of the Business Services Team within the Business Operations Section. This position supports the Team to effectively maintain the operational output of the Business Services Team.  The Team provides property, security, facilities management and administration management advice and support to staff and senior management on a wide range of Business Services-related issues.


This position undertakes a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the Team and provides high-quality customer service, as it is the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to OPC.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • good communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships.
  • a willingness to learn and try new things.
  • effective time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments.

Note: some knowledge of security, facilities or property management and/or records management will be advantageous, but it is not essential.
