IP Australia are looking for someone to join our HR team for six months as the Assistant Director, Learning Solutions.

This role leads the team responsible for:

  • IP Australia’s Learning Management System and facilitation of multi-media program development including micro learning modules
  • learning programs including Executive Shadowing and WIPO Fellowship
  • design and implementation of a Mobility pathways program
  • reporting and evaluation of learning offerings to measure effectiveness and determine future learning needs
  • performance management framework to build organisational performance against IP Australia’s Capability Framework

This position will provides the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines of HR to strengthen your own capability whilst leading a team to build and uplift the learning culture of IP Australia.
