SAP Administrator
The Department of Finance has an opportunity within the Service Delivery office for an experienced APS Level 5 employee in the HR Systems team. The employee is required to undertake moderately complex tasks and work under general direction.
The employee is expected to possess a sound knowledge of SAP Payroll administration and have excellent Excel knowledge. It is a client contact role and you may be required to communicate with and provide advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The role is responsible for:
- Processing a range of HR System duties including Organisational and Position Management, Quality Analysis , Regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Process monthly and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- System Changes/enhancement UAT
- Superannuation Reconciliation
- Provide support to Payroll team members on system issue investigation.
- Liaise with other areas in SDO and client agencies in delivering quality client service
- Constructively contribute in team meetings
- Ensure client services are delivered within agreed timeframes
- Address and respond to customer enquiries and follow up any outstanding items with responsible officers
