The opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated Executive Assistants with exceptional organisation skills and a flair for communication to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment.

As an APS 4/5 Executive Assistant, you will provide a range of administration, corporate and executive support activities across a Branch within the Australian Communications and Media Authority. Supporting the senior executive officer and senior managers, you will be required to undertake some research and analysis activities; communicate and provide advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Our ideal candidates will be team players who are reliable, resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
