ANAO HR vacancies – EL 1, Director, People Capability and APS 6, Human Resource Advisors

Following a restructure of the ANAO’s People team, we now have some exciting vacancies across multiple service areas. We are looking to recruit experienced HR professional to work within our fast-paced team, and under limited direction to provide professional advice in relation to complex people matters and deliver on our workforce plan. EL 1, Director – People Capability

The Director, People Capability is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives under the ANAO Strategic Workforce Plan. You will join the People Team at a unique and exciting period of workforce management and culture transformation, partnering with the organisation to understand capability gaps, design contemporary solutions and drive change to enable our inclusive, sustainable and high-performing workforce. You will lead a small and fast-paced team encompassing strategic talent management, leadership and capability, people policy and wellbeing.

APS 6, People Capability
This role delivers learning and leadership programs to build a capable and engaged workforce in alignment with the ANAO Strategic Workforce Plan. The successful candidate will lead the development of a senior leadership capability program, drive targeted capability initiatives to grow talent in key job families and enable the success of our ANAO Learning Academy.

APS 6, People Services
People Services collaboratively develop, optimise and service design employee processes and programs while overseeing the day-to-day management of people services. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR generalist, with the ability to work across a range of HR functions and well-versed in the provision of quality advice to employees.

APS 6, People Business Partnering
The People Business Partners work closely with senior business leaders to drive value at different stages of the employee lifecycle including transformation, culture, employee engagement, performance and organisational change. You will coach and advise leaders at all levels to deliver measurable business impact.
