In 2019 the AIHW successfully launched their EL2 Leadership Program. This program is designed to raise the capabilities of new and existing EL2 leaders and include participants from a number of agencies and has received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Cohort 5 of the program is commencing on 5 April 2022 with a two day offsite at the Ramada in Belconnen.
The AIHW would like to invite participants from participating Small Agency Forum Members to register to attend this program. Please find attached a program schedule, which provides a detailed overview of the course content, dates and the providers/facilitators for each module. The course will include 3 modules, participants can also opt in to participate in 360 feedback and/or coaching. The attached external participant agreement outlines costs per person based upon their preferences, i.e. to just attend the training or add on 360 feedback or coaching.
