MasterCraft Series – Sacred Leadership

Facilitated by: Dr Tjanara Goreng Goreng, Wakka Wakka Wulli Wulli First Nations traditional custodian born in Longreach in central western Queensland.
Attend this workshop to explore the concept of Sacred Leadership, learn how Aboriginal culture creates Sacred Leaders and this practice can be modelled by other Leaders and gain an understanding on how to apply practical steps toward applying Tjanara’s teaching to their leadership strategies.

Facilitated by: Todd Warner, founder and CEO of Like Minds Advisory, a gathering place for people dedicated to impacting social systems, changing how work gets done and developing great leaders.
Looking at the Apple+ series Ted Lasso from an organisational lens is so powerful, it offers a powerful view into organisational life, and how poorly we understand it. Todd will discuss how to Develop Great Leaders the way Ted Lasso does, where we should focus in Leadership and what it really takes to affect performance and behaviours in organisational life.
Craft Conversations – Leadership and Management

Conversation panel: Stephanie Foster PSM, Deputy Secretary Governance, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and Chris Moraitis PSM, Director-General, Office of the Special Investigator.
This event examines the craft of Leadership and Management. The expert practitioners discuss a number of areas across leadership and management in today’s APS including the nature of leadership and the importance of creating impact through practical adaptive and situational leadership at all levels.
