We are asking for your support to share and promote the 2021–22 Coaching for Women in Digital program to your organisation and staff. Applications close 9 August 2021.

This coaching program focuses on developing the leadership skills of talented EL1 (acting or substantive) women, female-identifying and non-binary professionals in digital roles. It is run by the APS Digital Profession and aims to increase leadership diversity and create a culture of workforce innovation and digital transformation.

The Coaching for Women in Digital Program focuses on strengths and connects participants to like-minded peers and women in digital across government.

  • Reflect on strengths, values, self-limiting beliefs, leadership and career.
  • Connect with coaches and peers across government to share experiences and build networks.
  • Grow by dedicating time to development and taking it forward by applying learnings in a supported context.

The program is online, with some optional face-to-face opportunities, and runs across 12 months from September 2021 to August 2022. Participants are supported with group coaching sessions, a digital learning platform and other engagement opportunities.

The 2021–22 program costs $7,000 (excluding GST) per person, paid by agencies. Applicants will need to speak to their delegate or manager and get their approval before applying for the program.
