organising staff attendance during physical distancing

Australian Human Rights Commission are looking for information on systems (possibly apps) that agencies use to organise self-rostered staff attendance in the office during periods where physical distancing requires that all staff are not back in the office at the same time.

We’re currently using a spreadsheet and wondered if others had better systems or something more automated for the organisation of staff self-rostering.
