AUSTRAC also currently operates without a recruitment/HR management system – happy to discuss.
We are currently in the process of building our system with Acendre – happy to discuss that process also.

At the Memorial we operate without an e-recruit system, but we have a custom made application collection system, which then dumps applications and data into SharePoint and excel spreadsheets, which we then manipulate with fairly complex macros and scripts to produce all the documentation we need! Sounds messy but it works surprisingly well (and costs us nothing 🙂
