I am developing the following at the Inspector General of Taxation and Taxation Ombudsman (IGTO):
- Employee Handbook that incorporates all personnel policies (ie learning and development, performance development system, WHS and wellbeing, higher duties, flextime management, rewards and recognition, studies assistance, remuneration, leave, etc)
- SES Remuneration Management Framework, consistent with ANAO SES Remuneration, Performance and Development Policy , APSC Executive Remuneration Management Policy
- Workforce strategy.
I am seeking to leverage any developed documents from the SAF cohort.
