The Australia Public Service Commission (APSC) are leading an Affirmative Measures Indigenous recruitment project. The aim of the project is to support agencies to contribute to representation targets in line with the Commonwealth Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Strategy 2020-24 while also improving agency and candidate experience of Affirmative Measures recruitment.
The multi-agency project team, led by the APSC, are conducting a survey to capture feedback on the key issues surrounding affirmative measure recruitment and want to hear your experiences of affirmative measure Indigenous processes as a HR Practitioner, hiring manager, candidate, panel member and/or other related role.
The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and can be accessed via the following link. The survey is open until 6 May 2022.
