IP Australia, Finance and People Services Group (FPSG) is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our AskHR team for a period of six months with possible extension.

Reporting to the AskHR Team Lead, occupants of the AskHR Helpdesk role deliver high quality and integrated human resource services, advice, and support to internal and external stakeholders across a broad range of HR disciplines including workforce planning and reporting, org design, recruitment, diversity and inclusion, employment relations, learning and development, work health and safety and case management and payroll.

Position Duties
As the AskHR Support, the main duties of the role are:

  • Answer support enquiries from Tier 1 and assist with triaging of complex enquiries to Tier 2
  • Engage with relevant business areas
  • Contribute to the development of team objectives for short term tasks.
