Procurement Guidelines – Statement of services for EAP Providers

Hi there, I am looking at doing our statement of services and requirements for our contract for EAP Providers to go out and was wondering if any other small agencies have done similar that could share anything that is not in-confidence.

Also, if anyone can share procurement guidelines as to when we need to go to market or if there is an APS wide panel if we can go to them etc?

Thank you

Workplace Giving Programs

The Not-for-profit Unit in Treasury are looking into Workplace Giving programs within Federal Government agencies and hoping SAF members may be able to assist.

For context, we are hoping to:

  • compile a summary of workplace giving programs within the agencies
  • look into whether agencies have been encouraged to adopt workplace giving programs
  • explore the impacts of the BETA Report and whether the approaches found in the Report were conveyed to agencies

At this stage we would like input specifically from Federal agencies. If you have any information or insights into the above I would be more than happy to receive them. We are looking to finalise the brief this month so responses by mid August would be greatly appreciated.

WHS – Location check in App

Sport Integrity Australia are looking at getting an approved ‘location check in App’ (similar to Safezone App) for field staff that work at Sport Integrity Australia.

We’re hoping to get an idea/recommendations from other small government agency’s that may be using a similar app for their field staff.

We operate under a protected network and so our security/IT areas will need to approve/verify the safe use of the app.

Please respond to tom.hicks@sportintegrity.gov.au or phone 02 62224216.
